Fue objetivo de la investigación elaborar una propuesta metodológica que contribuyera a dicha formación en las clases de Educación Física de esta enseñanza. El estudio tiene un enfoque descriptivo con metodología mixta, apoyado en un diagnóstico que analizó y corroboró en la práctica los modos de actuación del valor responsabilidad identificados en la clase de Educación Física; además, encuestas a estudiantes y profesores permitieron determinar si eran aprovechados o no para su formación en las clases. Se emplearon estadísticos como el Alfa de Cronbach para determinar la fiabilidad de los instrumentos. Los resultados del diagnóstico confirmaron la necesidad de elaboración de la Propuesta metodológica la cual fue diseñada, y luego valorada, a través del criterio de los expertos con resultados satisfactorios. Marín","doi":"10.17227/ludica.num32-12181","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17227/ludica.num32-12181","url":null,"abstract":"Artículo de investigación que tuvo como propósito explorar y estimular el autoconocimiento corporal a través de la práctica de la danza folclórica en estudiantes de la asignatura “Danza: Expresiones Tradicionales Nacionales” del programa Licenciatura en Educación Física, Recreación y Deportes de la Universidad del Atlántico. La investigación estuvo orientada por el Diseño de Investigación Cualitativa con un enfoque Hermenéutico, en donde se implementó la observación participante, la entrevista y un taller didáctico. Como resultado se evidenció que la práctica de la danza Folclórica genera cambios en las relaciones entre los estudiantes y, en especial, en sí mismos; despierta el interés por el análisis de los gestos corporales que caracterizan cada una de las danzas representativas de Colombia, teniendo en cuenta su contexto histórico. De acuerdo con ello, se concluye que los procesos de formación en Danza Folclórica deben estar orientados al logro de mayores posibilidades de escucha y sensibilidad hacia el propio cuerpo; a identificar las expresiones corporales espontáneas y significativas ante las diversas danzas propuestas para su interpretación, mayor valoración y respeto por las prácticas danzarias de sus compañeros, así mismo emprender la interpretación de las danzas identificando su valor cultural. In the study, according to Muñoz (2001), Cayuela, (1997), Elías Y Dunning (1992) and Cagigal (1971), social sport is conceived as a socio-cultural phenomenon available to everyone, who, through exercise, physical activity, play and competition, allow interpersonal relationships, integration, community inclusion, in a pleasant way, with the purpose of improving the quality of life and well-being, constituting an image of society and its context. Methodologically, a documentary research of a qualitative, interpretative nature is postulated; The study plans endorsed and published on the website of each academic program of the respective institutions are established as a source. The results show that public institutions of higher education place greater emphasis on the social perspective of sport, such as the University of Cundinamarca and the National Pedagogical University. Contrary to what is posed by the horizon of meaning and missionary lines of many institutions, the intention of forming an integral subject and enabling a better society is not in line with the curricular proposals for formation. Methodologically is made a literature review based in books, historical documents, specialized magazines in physics and digital, search in databases and web pages based on the thematic of the area. Conclusions: The scientific nature and systematization of sports, contributes to the improvement and evolution of the athletic results. The competencies of awareness, regulation and emotional autonomy will be reviewed as categories of analysis that give foundation to the theoretical framework. This research responds to a qualitative methodology of educational action research type, which is investigated through Likert-type surveys and semi-structured interviews mediated by play, formulated from the three categories mentioned above. This research aims to raise the debate about the importance of the insertion of play activities, especially with the use of music, in the pre-school pedagogical process. The research, of a qualitative nature, sought its data in a bibliographical review about the theme. The results point to the importance of music in school as a facilitator of social interaction, as well as to stimulate skills, hypotheses and concepts. In addition, music offers opportunities for research and development of creativity. Dos situaciones hacen necesaria la reflexión sobre aquel, una, la tendencia a ponerlo en condición de sinonimia con el término y dos, la utilización que en las respectivas clases se ha hecho de los juegos, como instrumento para aprendizajes externos a él mismo, como pueden ser los llamados valores, así como prácticas motoras que se considera, se aprenden más fácilmente jugando. A este uso se le conoce como didactización del juego. Estas dos problemáticas se superan, sustentando conceptualmente a la lúdica como una dimensión del ser y los juegos como un bien cultural valioso para la sociedad y las nuevas generaciones. Ello lleva a reconocer la unidad dialéctica que en la clase de educación física se presenta entre el juego como fin y el juego como medio. Es fin cuando se trata de aprenderlo, por el juego mismo y es medio al incidir en la constitución de la dimensión lúdica del ser, lo cual se da en el mismo acto de jugar, en el aquí y el ahora de los juegos y no como eventos escindidos o que se presenten en diferentes tiempos-espacios. Being a nonformal education process, intrinsic motivation, will and autonomy become fundamental factors for the mentioned practice. Methodology: The research is ascribed to the descriptive qualitative model, the data was collected based on three main instruments: The information recorded in the practitioner's registration forms, the participant and continuous observation in the training processes developed and personal interviews with the practitioners.
