The research describes B. Bloom’s and his followers’ taxonomy of educational goals and its three domains: cognitive, affective and psychomotor. The paper analyzes and compares the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards for mastering the basic curriculum and the requirements of B. It gives an overview of the organi- zational and legal basis for the integration of «My School,» the all-Russian digital information system, with existing regional professional educational platforms. It defines the necessary directions of the integration process. The fact is confirmed that practical physical education classes at the university for most stu- dents are actually the only means of their motor regime. It is noted that the introduction of the practice of classes in sports sections as part of the educational process makes it possible to optimize the mode of students’ motor activity. The efficiency of use of modern pedagogical technology «Portfolio» (a collection of certain works for a given period of time) in the lessons is proved by many researchers. Several types of portfolio exist. Portfolio contributes to the development of socio- cultural competence – the knowledge of socio-cultural features of speech behavior and the ability to communicate with native speakers.
