OPTIMIZATION OF THE MOTOR REGIME OF STUDENTS OF THE HUMANITIES UNIVERSITY

The article discusses the experience of using modern forms of organization of the educational process on the subject of «Physical culture». The fact is confirmed that practical physical education classes at the university for most stu- dents are actually the only means of their motor regime. It is noted that the introduction of the practice of classes in sports sections as part of the educational process makes it possible to optimize the mode of students’ motor activity. It is established that increasing the level of motivation of the bulk of students for additional physical activity is a necessary condition for improving their physical fitness.
