To promote the implementation of the strategy of garbage sorting and cooperate with its management, it is of certain significance to construct the performance measurement system. According to the characteristics that garbage sorting is composed of multistakeholders, this paper improves the Balanced Scorecard and constructs a performance measurement system of domestic garbage sorting in China through investigation method, garbage sorting assessment documents, and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In this context, to better consolidate the foundation of students and achieve the goal of \"wide caliber and thick foundation\" for the talent training, the mode of stratified teaching for basic courses is constructed, and the effective implementation scheme is formulated for each level. In teaching practice, the good teaching effect has been achieved. Based on the perspective of patent transformation, this study excavated and analyzed the patent transformation information of 32 universities in Yunnan Province from 2008 to 2018, focusing on the number of authorized and transformed patents, the path of patent transformation, correlation analysis and regression analysis, and analyzed the status of patent transformation of universities in Yunnan Province from different dimensions. Due to the strong plasticity of the values of college students, this article selects different types of Internet celebrities as the research objects, and focuses on the dissemination of mainstream values in China. Through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews, this article explores the mainstream values of Internet celebrities to students. In order to study how Internet celebrities affect students, this article divides the reasons why students like Internet celebrities into two categories, namely personal charm and communication content, and it corresponds to the business logic of Internet celebrities to find out which factors are the main factors that Internet celebrities influence the values of college students. The work further classifies them according to the positive and negative impacts, and find out what corrections should be made in the process of online celebrity promotion to spread the mainstream values to put forward new ideas. Over several years of exploration and practice, the author has attempted to use a variety of methods to carry out teaching activities, such as inventive arrangement of tests, the setting of game links, observation of visually interesting illusion phenomenon, problem-based teaching, flipped classroom before class, case teaching, classic video appreciation, fashion character introduction and clothes matching practices, etc. After a series of teaching reforms, the teaching effect of the clothing colorology course is excellent, achieving the teaching goal of creating a useful and interesting public art course. The difference in teaching method and lesson design between traditional and online education as well as problems and influence are studied. Data of a questionnaire of online teaching was also included.
