创新是企业生存和发展的源泉和动力,而创新的动力归根到底是员工的创新行为。如何有效地激发员工的创新行为,已成为当前组织急需解决的问题。仆人式领导理论为学者们的研究和企业实践开辟了一条新的路径。本文从服务型领导的视角出发,阐述了相关概念和内涵,分析了服务型领导对员工创新行为的影响,并提出了有效激发员工创新行为的合理对策,以期为提高管理者的领导效能,促进企业健康发展提供有益的参考。
