To train a group of high-quality ocean engineering talents is a goal of current higher engineering education. Programming ability, as an important skill required for the development of computer technology since the 21st century, has a wide application in the advantage technology of ocean engineering. In this article, the key requirements of ocean engineering for programming skills are discussed. In response to these needs, we have proposed a series of reforms in the lecture notes and teaching material. The optimization of the teaching plan is given. At last, research projects and internships are used as two incentives to promote students' initiative in learning. This paper proposed a new talents training mode based on Outcomes-based Education (OBE) concept. Training objectives and curriculum system of Business English talents training are first determined and established based on professional requirements from the business industry. Curriculum system is divided into four functional modules, and time proportion of each module is allocated. Then, a new online + offline blended teaching method is presented based on learning-centered principle of OBE to change traditional passive learning practice. A formative multivariate evaluation mode is also designed and presented in the paper. Comparing with traditional evaluation method, it is out-come oriented. The effectiveness of the proposed mode is verified experimentally. It is found that urbanization, agricultural modernization and the new employment trend in rural areas promote the legally paid land acquisition to make better use of rural land resources. In turn, the legally paid land acquisition also promotes urbanization and agricultural modernization, creates more employment opportunities, and liberates the employment concept of land-lost farmers. However, the land-lost farmers face the dilemma of unstable employment, low income and lack of employment channels. With the development of science and technology, there is an increasing demand for professional masters in China. This paper analyzes the existing professional master training mode, and proposes a two-stage application-oriented professional master training mode based on its shortcomings. In other words, under the background of the integration of industry and education, the training process of postgraduates is divided into two parts: basic theoretical learning and base practice. The brand awareness of cosmetic enterprises, the advertorial quality of Weibo, the social interaction of Weibo, the opinion leader of Weibo, and the interest stimulation of Weibo are independent variables, and the purchase and recommendation intention are a dependent variable. The author designed the questionnaire and made a correlation analysis and regression analysis over the collected data. The research shows the five dimensions have significant positive effects on the trust and the purchase and recommendation intention, and the trust also has significant positive effects on the purchase and recommendation intention. The study employs qualitative research using content analysis, the secondary analysis of existing statistical data, and the primary research which was conducted among the younger generation in Prague, the Czech Republic in April 2020. Several hypotheses of the study were confirmed, namely: e-commerce-based sales models and sustainable production and consumption, having a sensitive influence on people's consumer purchasing behavior. The coronavirus pandemic will serve as a marker of change for how we will continue to live, produce, and consume in the future. The objective of this study is to explore the aesthetic education methods of fashion design majors in colleges and universities. Taking Clothing and Design Faculty of Minjiang University as an example, this article promotes how to enhance aesthetic education, optimize the construction of its courses, enrich students’ extracurricular life and strengthen teaching staff construction, then improve integration of regional traditional culture and aesthetic education, and finally reinforce the social service ability of aesthetic education.
