In order to resolve the above issues and improve entrepreneurial performance of returned migrant workers, questionnaires are established and distributed. By using data from Jilin Province, this thesis tries to explore the interactive mechanism among entrepreneurial traits, entrepreneurial opportunities, entrepreneurial resources, entrepreneurial performance of returned migrant workers, and conducts integration research. However, the two theories hold opposite views on “resources of competitive advantage” and put forward opposite strategic orientation suggestions. This paper argues that the two theories should be viewed from contingency perspective, which means that the two theories are of paramount importance for firm under different strategic conditions. The paper introduces a contingency variable, environment uncertainty, to the model of strategic orientation and competitive advantage. Data are collected through questionnaire survey, and moderated regression analysis is used to test the effect of environment uncertainty on the relationship between strategic orientation and competitive advantage. The research results indicate that under an environment with high uncertainty, enterprises that follow the resource-based view for strategic construction will get better performance and competitive advantage. Meanwhile, teaching methods have not been able to completely break free from the constraints of traditional \"technology and theory\" training models of Food specialty. In response to this situation, the development of an \"integrated management and technology\" joint-talent training model has been seen as having a significant effect on stimulating college students' independent learning, innovative abilities, and encouraging their future development. The prior teaching reforms showed that it may have several important effects on students. They included increasing interest in learning, cultivating innovative thinking, and enabling students to develop a high level of professional knowledge. At the same, the model appeared to encourage students to develop better organizational and teamwork skills. Using them they are able not only to promote their interests but to influence the proceeding and the outcome of the case. The possibility to exercise or to waiver the right has no less important than the realization of the right itself. The choice is based on the will of the right holder, who can exercise as well as waiver the right. However, the right might not be realized according to the conditions independent of the right holder’s will (due to the lack of information about legal rights, absence or prohibition of using this right, etc.) This case cannot be regarded as a waiver of the right as an individual is deprived of the benefits provided by legal provisions. This can negatively influence not only the legal status of an individual, but the whole society and the State, which proclaims itself as law-based. The work aims to provide a reference for the teaching practice of automation courses and higher mathematics in colleges and universities. Firstly, the overview of advanced mathematics and automation courses are presented. Then the integrated teaching of higher mathematics and automation is given, combined with the knowledge point in linear algebra and robot control. This paper collects the evaluative text information of museum tourists on dianping.com, and analyzes these comments of museum tourists by using high frequency words and structural homomorphism to find out the key factors that affect the development of museum tourism. The research shows that tourists have formed certain brand awareness about museums in Shaanxi Province as a whole, showing the cognition and definition around the profound historical and cultural deposits. Firstly, the work took the graduation destination and salary level as the measurement indexes of employment quality, and then used the feature selection test and multiple logistic regression as research methods. Our study demonstrated that students with rich knowledge and human capital and rich social capital have a higher probability of obtaining high salaries in future employment, while individuals with rich skilled human capital have a higher employment rate. This research has discovered the hidden value behind education data, explored the mechanism by which student characteristic information affects employment quality, and provided a useful supplement to employment quality research.
