With the development of science and technology, there is an increasing demand for professional masters in China. This paper analyzes the existing professional master training mode, and proposes a two-stage application-oriented professional master training mode based on its shortcomings. In other words, under the background of the integration of industry and education, the training process of postgraduates is divided into two parts: basic theoretical learning and base practice. 摘要

专业硕士学位是中国独特的学位类型,主要侧重于技术实践与高等理论教育的统一。随着科学技术的发展,中国对专业硕士的需求越来越大。本文分析了现有的专业硕士培养模式,针对其存在的不足,提出了两阶段型应用型专业硕士培养模式。也就是说,在产教融合的背景下,研究生的培养过程分为基础理论学习和基础实践两个部分。这一过程可以建立符合高校和合作企业实际的人才培养模式,提高专业硕士生的综合实践能力、创新能力和科研能力,为企业解决实际问题。
