They are designed based on the piezo resonant oscillating system (POS), which consists of high-quality element-quartz resonator (QR), the element of connection (RC-circuit) and low-quality sensor element. The developed mathematical model of POS with low Q — factor sensor element, modeling and the analysis of POS in the MATLAB system are carried out. The new class of frequency-compensated piezo resonant oscillating system (FCPOS) based on the automated frequency control system (AFCS) is proposed. On the example of measuring transducer of humidity of the discrete substances, structural features and optimization of characteristics of primary measuring transducers (PMT) “physical parameter-frequency” based on the FCPOS are studied.","PeriodicalId":333746,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE 37th International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"80 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114156072","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Modified RCWA method has been proposed. Notably, Toeplitz matrices were modified in the system of differential equations. These matrices are formed on base of complex series of the periodic function of grating's dielectric permittivity and its inverse function. In fact, a rectangular function of permittivity was changed by trapezium function. However grating's relief remains rectangular. Proposed change of the dielectric permittivity function more exactly corresponds to actual gratings. Better convergence of calculation results for the modified system of equations was determined. Modified RCWA was tested for several gratings in order to illustrate the provided advantages.","PeriodicalId":333746,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE 37th International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"72 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115957605","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The switching control unit Switchsync F236 is one of such devices which enables to connect and disconnect contacts of poles circuit breakers at required time. This function of Switchsync F236 can be used not only for interruption of short circuit. One of the objectives of application Switchsync F236 is prevention of resonance overvoltage occurrence at closing extra high voltage line on no-load autotransformer. Durable resonance overvoltages may cause damage of electrical power equipment. This kind of overvoltages is caused by properties of the network and can be eliminated by changing the values of network parameters. Unlike switching overvoltages that exist centiseconds, resonance overvoltages not only occur unexpectedly, but they may go on for a long time until the automatic action or action of personnel will not change electrical schemes or mode. The resonant overvoltages are neglected when selecting insulation or parameters for high-voltage surge arrester as this protective measure is calculated to limit switching overvoltages, not to extinguish a long resonance process. Therefore, the probability and development of system accidents due to resonance overvoltages is significant. The importance of application and prevention of resonance ovevoltages caused research area which is presented in article.","PeriodicalId":333746,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE 37th International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133315744","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The gene expression sequences of cancer patients were used as experimental data. The degree of the studied objects similarity was estimated by the comparison of the gene expression sequences profile using different metrics to estimate the objects proximity. The studies have shown that the best separating ability is obtained by using the correlation metric proximity of objects. Herewith the use of the CH criterion (Calinski-Harabasz) allows to get the most objective objects clustering by using simulated data. The presented research is focused mainly on the inductive model of the objective clustering, where the objects clustering is carried out concurrently on the two equal power subsets. In this case, the final decision about the objects grouping is accepted using the two subsets basing both on the internal clustering quality criteria estimating and the minimum value of the external criterion of clustering similarity.","PeriodicalId":333746,"journal":{"name":"2017 IEEE 37th International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130095272","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
