When Leon Chua first introduced this element, it was just a theoretical idea. Today, after 30 years from Chua's first paper about it, it is possible to buy memristor devices. In this paper, we investigate a way to exploit memristors in a typical audio application: the implementation of envelope generators. It is possible to exploit the delayed switching property of memristors to realize long delays without the need of big capacitors. We present the implementation of a ramp generator by means of a memristor-based circuit. At present there are two main approaches behind automotive traction inverters. The first is the use of power modules and second to use discrete parts (IGBTs or Power MOSFETs). Power modules have the advantage of a form factor which does not require a power PCB, having only power terminals and signal connectors yet are excessively expensive. We report on an indirect optical method for the BLV detection, based on ultraviolet and visible photoluminescence of zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles. High sensitivity and wide dynamic range of the biosensor from 0.001mg/ml to 1mg/ml of leucosis antibody was shown. The created immune biosensor fully meets the requirements for field use. At multichannel sound recording, the most of such shocks are well-separable among the channels. This feature allows the constructing of simple technique for removing of shock-type interferences from the signals. The idea of proposed filter is based on estimation of weighted difference between the short-time frequency spectra of two signals synchronically recorded via the individual channels. Some typical examples approving the efficiency of such filtering are shown. To achieve this aim the following steps are proposed: increasing the amount of detected lung sounds channels, data digitizing directly in the device, noise reduction. Also experiments on transmission of lung sounds signals were carried out using a wireless data transfer module NRF24L01. Analysis of the proposed methods and their practical implementation were carried out. It is shown that the offered options for auscultation tools changing improve quality and increase the quantitative characteristics of the recorded signal. Developed ways of optimization can be applied to improve both separate blocks of phonospirographic complex and the complex as a whole. It covers the most important work on innovative graphene-based nanocomposites used in preparation of biosensing electrodes, design of different electrode types and a specialized flow chamber, specialized hardware and software for two versions (mobile and laboratory) of the electronic control and read-out system. The results of lab tests performed with the prototype system GruntMaster 6001 are shown in comparison to the measurements obtained by means of commercially available professional platforms used as a reference. It was estimated that changes of the induction of constant magnetic field during synthesis can significantly change magnetic properties of nanocomplex. It is also shown that nanocomplex with different magnetic properties initiated various antitumor effects on Walker-256 carcinosarcoma and after combined action of constant magnetic field and electromagnetic field. It is shown that the absence of such resistor in the glow discharge gap causes its transition to an electric arc, as a more stable form of gas discharges, with the violation of welding technological process through external disturbances. The methodology of the calculation of an external stabilizing resistor optimum value is offered in this work. The features of transition of the metal impurities (nickel) in silicon crystals are investigated. It is shown that the interaction between nickel impurities and the crystal lattice of silicon promotes the formation of magnetic conglomerates on the surface of the crystal. The polarized conglomerates (polarons) can influence the transport properties of the crystal. The temperature of the cluster formation in the range of cryogenic temperatures was also calculated. A comparative analysis of the magnetoresistance of unalloyed crystals and crystals with magnetic impurities showed that the nickel impurity has a significant effect on the magnetoresistance of the crystal.
