摘要

本文考虑了在放电电流为1 ~ 30a,气体压力为1.33 ~ 13.3 kPa时,在放电间隙中依次接通外部有源电阻,提高扩散键合过程中辉光放电稳定性的可能性。结果表明,辉光放电间隙中不存在这种电阻,会使辉光放电转变为电弧,成为一种更稳定的气体放电形式,而外部干扰会破坏焊接工艺过程。本文给出了外部稳定电阻器最优值的计算方法。计算值与实验值的差异为15 ~ 20%。
