Abstract

Measuring transducers of physical magnitudes with a frequency output are presented in the publication. They are designed based on the piezo resonant oscillating system (POS), which consists of high-quality element-quartz resonator (QR), the element of connection (RC-circuit) and low-quality sensor element. The developed mathematical model of POS with low Q — factor sensor element, modeling and the analysis of POS in the MATLAB system are carried out.
