Mathematical model of the piezoelectric oscillation system with the electrode of hyperbolic form in air gap

Abstract

Mathematical model of a sensing device based on piezo resonator with changeable electrode gap is further developed. Dependences of resonance frequency and conductivity of the piezoelectric sensing device on parameters of movable electrode formed by a cylindrical surface for which one of hyperbole branches serves as guide are obtained. Grading characteristics in the form of dependence of frequency deviation on parameters of electrodes are derived. Some practical recommendations are given.
