Abstract

Noninvasive fetal electrocardiogram (NI-FECG) monitoring is important instrument for detection of fetal distress. Despite the technology advancements of the signal processing techniques achieved in recent years, the accuracy of NIFECG monitors is not satisfactory till now and this technology still practically unexploited in the clinical practice. But because of the great prospects of this method the intense research in this area continues. In this study some results of the development the devices, algorithms and software for the first Ukrainian NI-FECG monitor are presented.
胎儿心电图提取与分析的信号处理技术
无创胎儿心电图(NI-FECG)监测是检测胎儿窘迫的重要手段。尽管近年来信号处理技术取得了技术进步,但目前NIFECG监护仪的精度还不理想,该技术在临床实践中尚未得到实际应用。但由于该方法的广阔前景,该领域的研究仍在继续。本文介绍了乌克兰第一台NI-FECG监测仪的设备、算法和软件开发的一些结果。
