However, officer of the watch (OOW) fatigue is affected by many factors such as navigation aid signs, water environment, ship equipment and the quality of the OOW, and its causes are complex. This paper studies the principles of fuzzy mathematics and safety ergonomics and summarizes the many factors that cause OOW fatigue in the human-ship-environment system and their interrelationships. This paper analyzes the process of driving fatigue by analogy with the traditional process of driving fatigue, sums up the process of ship driving fatigue, and proposes a fuzzy mathematical model for evaluating ship driving fatigue. Based on the theory of the S-O- R model, this paper establishes the behavioral model of OOW fatigue driving and discusses its internal mechanism. Analyzing past research with scientometric method can provide experience and reference for future public management. Therefore, this study analyzed 1,703 literature in the knowledge domain of relative poverty since 1990. The analysis process was implemented by CiteSpace and was divided into four steps: data cleaning, mapping co-occurrence network of keywords, identification of clusters and detecting emerging trends. The results show researchers focus on themes such as relative poverty standards, working poverty, urban poverty, intergenerational transmission of poverty, and poverty alleviation through education. As China builds a well-off society in an all-round way, consolidating and expanding the integration of poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization have become the top priority of social governance, and the target objects of relative poverty governance research have changed. Through the establishment of a fault tree of the causes of mechanical injury accidents in petroleum enterprises, the analytic hierarchy process is used to classify and analyze the basic event factor indicators in the mechanical injury accident indicators. Finally this paper determined the index weight of various factors and provided effective basis for oil production safety management. The study shows that human factors are the main source of mechanical injury accidents in petroleum enterprises, followed by management factors, while environmental factors have a relatively small impact on mechanical injury accidents in petroleum enterprises. The paper verificated hypothesis and analyzed results by using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 24.0 to analyze reliability and validity. The results show that: resource integration capability is correlated with value-added of manufacturing enterprises and service-oriented manufacturing positively. Service-oriented manufacturing is also correlated with value-added of manufacturing enterprises positively. This paper uses the concept of “data-driven + evaluation research” to carry out the overall design of equipment procurement contract management evaluation, uses comprehensive integration method to build the evaluation system composed of seven elements, uses flow chart and problem feedback mechanism to construct the evaluation process, and uses the BP neural network method to construct and verify the evaluation model based on data.
