Research on Hotspots and Trends in Relative Poverty Governance Based on Bibliometric Analysis
Poverty is not only a tough point in social governance but also a hot issue discussed in academic circles. Analyzing past research with scientometric method can provide experience and reference for future public management. Therefore, this study analyzed 1,703 literature in the knowledge domain of relative poverty since 1990. The analysis process was implemented by CiteSpace and was divided into four steps: data cleaning, mapping co-occurrence network of keywords, identification of clusters and detecting emerging trends. The results show researchers focus on themes such as relative poverty standards, working poverty, urban poverty, intergenerational transmission of poverty, and poverty alleviation through education. As China builds a well-off society in an all-round way, consolidating and expanding the integration of poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization have become the top priority of social governance, and the target objects of relative poverty governance research have changed. Thus, combining knowledge map and hot current affairs, the research trend of relative poverty governance is proposed, which can provide a reference for optimizing the relative poverty governance system in underdeveloped areas.
