The company proposes to improve the quality of development, promote business efficiency, and put the concept of lean management throughout the whole business process. The most urgent thing is to break the institutional barriers. However, at present, the company can only realize the benefit accounting at the department level, and it is difficult to effectively evaluate the market-oriented business benefits and the benefits of each type of project, which limits the formulation of the company's differentiated market strategy and business decision-making. Therefore, by combing the types of market-oriented business, this research uses the cost driver allocation method to decompose the cost step by step and determine the cost allocation scheme of a single project. According to the labor cost data of typical projects, the statistical analysis method is used to restore the labor cost and determine the proportion of labor cost in revenue of each type of typical projects. Therefore, the company's human resource planning is very important. In order to deeply analyze the influence of company strategy on the total amount and structure of existing human resources, this paper firstly selects the key influencing factors of total amount of human resources, constructs the index system of total amount of human resources analysis, and establishes the prediction model of total amount of human resources by using the Adaptive Network-based Fuzzy Inference System. Finally, we use the company's historical data to test the model, and use the best scenario to predict and analyze the total scale of the company's future human resources. Online e-commerce live broadcast has won the favor of merchants and has become an important means of marketing. Firstly, theoretical framework of impulse shopping is constructed based on the analyzed literature on online interaction, presence and impulse shopping. Secondly, the hypotheses about the relationship among online interaction, presence, flow experience and impulse shopping are put forward. Finally, the structural equation model is used to analyze the influence path of online interaction on people's impulse shopping behavior surrounded bye-commerce live broadcast. The results show that synchrony is positively correlated with both spatial presence and flow experience, and responsiveness is positively correlated with spatial presence. In addition, fun is positively correlated with both social presence and flow experience. Interpersonal relationship is positively related with both social presence and flow experience. What's more, presence has both direct and indirect effects on impulse buying. The paper first introduces the related concepts of cloud computing, from confidentiality, integrity and availability, and emphasizes the threat of cloud storage in secure retrieval. Then it introduces the current research status and development trend of solving this threat at home and abroad. At the same time, an inverted index scheme based on SM2 is proposed. The project is conceived and designed in terms of keyword encryption technology, indexing, trapdoors, and user inquiries. Finally, the program verification analysis is given.
