Abstract

At present, the company is facing severe internal and external business pressure. The company proposes to improve the quality of development, promote business efficiency, and put the concept of lean management throughout the whole business process. 基于成本动因分配与归集的科研机构市场化效益多维分析
目前,公司面临着严峻的内外部经营压力。公司提出提高发展质量,提升经营效率,将精益管理理念贯穿于整个经营过程。当务之急是打破体制障碍。但目前公司只能实现部门层面的效益核算,难以对市场化经营效益和各类项目效益进行有效评估,限制了公司差异化市场战略的制定和经营决策。因此,本研究通过对市场化业务类型的梳理,采用成本动因分配方法,对成本进行逐级分解,确定单个项目的成本分配方案。根据典型项目的人工成本数据,采用统计分析的方法还原人工成本,确定各类典型项目的人工成本占收入的比例。在此基础上,构建了以市场为导向的单项目层面、项目类型层面、成本中心层面的商业效益模型,支持公司单项目、项目类别、成本中心多维度的效益分析与决策,协助公司提质增效。
