Safety risk assessment of concealed and false declaration of dangerous goods in port transference

With the trade of dangerous goods increasing in the world, container transportation has become the main mode of waterway transportation with safe, fast and efficient characteristics. However, there are also some deficiencies in container transportation. The goods transported in container are highly concealed. In case of false declaration, omission, intentional concealment of dangerous goods, it may cause very serious consequences. This paper makes a qualitative analysis and give the quantitative calculation method of combustion to analyze and evaluate the safety risk of dangerous goods in port transference.
