Therefore, the company's human resource planning is very important. In order to deeply analyze the influence of company strategy on the total amount and structure of existing human resources, this paper firstly selects the key influencing factors of total amount of human resources, constructs the index system of total amount of human resources analysis, and establishes the prediction model of total amount of human resources by using the Adaptive Network-based Fuzzy Inference System. Finally, we use the company's historical data to test the model, and use the best scenario to predict and analyze the total scale of the company's future human resources. Prediction of total human resources adapting to company strategy based on the Adaptive Network-based Fuzzy Inference System
