In order to deeply analyze the influence of company strategy on the total amount and structure of existing human resources, this paper firstly selects the key influencing factors of total amount of human resources, constructs the index system of total amount of human resources analysis, and establishes the prediction model of total amount of human resources by using the Adaptive Network-based Fuzzy Inference System. Finally, we use the company's historical data to test the model, and use the best scenario to predict and analyze the total scale of the company's future human resources. 摘要

随着经济的快速发展,企业的竞争最终归结为人才的竞争。因此,公司的人力资源规划是非常重要的。为了深入分析企业战略对现有人力资源总量和结构的影响,本文首先选取了影响人力资源总量的关键因素,构建了人力资源总量分析指标体系,并利用基于自适应网络的模糊推理系统建立了人力资源总量预测模型。最后,利用该公司的历史数据对模型进行检验,并利用最佳情景对该公司未来人力资源的总规模进行预测和分析。结果表明,基于自适应网络的模糊推理系统具有良好的预测效果,能够有效地预测人力资源总量。
