In the process of continuous promotion of information, the advantage of platform type automatic office system in enhancing the level of collaborative office is more and more obvious. Based on the theory of planned behavior, this paper discusses the influence mechanism of consumers' green cognition level on green consumption behavior. This study used SPSS 19.0 to perform reliability and validity test, and hypothesis test on 110 valid questionnaires. Research found that consumers' green cognition level has a positive impact on green consumption behavior. The specific mechanism is that consumers' environmental problem perception and green consumption knowledge affect consumers' green consumption consciousness, and then affect their green consumption behavior. In addition, consumers who are female, younger, with higher education level and higher income have higher green cognition level. Although AI cannot replace the teacher and teaching due to the complexity, interaction and personalization of learning, but new teacher also needs to improve AI skills according to a definite core teaching and evaluation standard. It drew on the InTASC Standard to develop an evaluation system of new teachers' teaching practice for the requirements of AI era. The integration of AI and teaching is an emerging field undergoing rapid changes, so it has been considered that the teachers are most likely not familiar with its content. Understanding how to evaluate teachers' core teaching quality of the AI era can be conducive to teacher development. Based on the above factors, the teaching evaluation system, which is the framework and guide for growth and development of new teachers at AT College facing the AI era, has been established. The evaluation system emphasizes that new teachers should constantly reflect on their teaching behaviors in the whole process, so as to help them to plan and design AI teaching and integrate AI technologies into their teaching practice. In recent years, in the research of management mode, researchers focus on the change of managers' behavior -- gradually from the traditional positive leadership behavior to the negative leadership behavior. Therefore, this study takes the employees in the state-owned enterprise project management as the research object, and the research object is mainly concentrated in Shaanxi area. The objective is to investigate the impact of abusive management on job performance, and explore the mediating role of employees' perception of abusive management. This paper is based on Likert five level measurement methods to establish a closed item measurement scale for specific analysis. In order to make the measurement of this study effective and feasible, the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed by SPSS software. The reliability was mainly measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and the validity was tested by KMO (Kaiser Meyer Olkin) test and Bartlett's spherical test. First, the consumption is divided into time-saving consumption and time-consuming consumption based on the differences of time constraints. The leisure time of urban residents is divided into fragmented leisure time and public holidays accordingly. Then a regression model of urban residents' consumption-leisure time has been established and carried out test, based on Chinese data from 1999 to 2019. According to the results, the consumption of urban residents is negatively correlated with working time, while positively correlated with public holidays.
