Abstract

The development of Internet technology has had a profound impact on the production methods and management models of traditional enterprises. The realization of digital transformation is a key issue related to the success or failure of traditional enterprises. This study takes Sany Group as the case study object, and analyzes its typical practices in the digital transformation process, in order to provide inspiration for traditional enterprises to achieve digital transformation.
