Through the establishment of a fault tree of the causes of mechanical injury accidents in petroleum enterprises, the analytic hierarchy process is used to classify and analyze the basic event factor indicators in the mechanical injury accident indicators. Finally this paper determined the index weight of various factors and provided effective basis for oil production safety management. The study shows that human factors are the main source of mechanical injury accidents in petroleum enterprises, followed by management factors, while environmental factors have a relatively small impact on mechanical injury accidents in petroleum enterprises.
