摘要

本文以340家中国制造企业为样本，通过问卷调查的方式检验了资源整合能力、服务型制造与企业增值之间的关系。本文采用SPSS 20.0和AMOS 24.0对假设进行验证，并对结果进行信度和效度分析。研究结果表明:资源整合能力与制造企业增值和服务型制造呈正相关。服务型制造与制造企业的附加值也呈正相关。服务型制造在资源整合能力与制造企业附加值之间起中介作用。
