Sustainable management of government data resources is the primary task of government information governance in the era of big data, and is an important component of information environment governance for smart city construction. Method:The General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12) and the Chinese version of the Quality of Life Scale(SF -36) was used as tools to survey 206 young teachers in primary and secondary schools, useing SPSS 24.0 to analysis on the survey data. The results showed that:(1) The occupational mental health of young teachers in Shaoguan primary and secondary schools is at the upper-middle level, and the occupational mental health is significantly affected by the teaching target, education background and position.(2) The overall quality of life of young teachers in Shaoguan primary and secondary schools is above the average level, and the quality of life is significantly affected by the teaching object, education background, and position.(3) The occupational mental health of young teachers in Shaoguan primary and secondary schools is significantly negatively correlated with the quality of life. With the wide application of artificial intelligence, big data and other technologies in enterprise human resource management, with the advantages of big data and the use of cloud computing and other processing technologies, we can record and analyze the daily work content, work objectives and task completion of employees, realize the comprehensive evaluation of different employees, and quickly generate the compensation results corresponding to employee performance, it greatly improves the timeliness and accuracy of compensation management. Therefore, electronic word-of-mouth(e WOM) as an effective marketing tool to boost sales has attracted much attention in the recent years and is worth studying. This study picked movie as research object and crawled website data of 400 movies from Douban to study the impacts of eWOM on box office revenue by PYTHON. Through multiple regression analysis, this study surprisedly reveals that box office of low-rated movies is not necessarily low. The empirical analysis results shows that the volume of e WOM can increase the box office revenue, while the valence and rate extremism have negative impacts. The strange phenomenon of “high box office but low eWOM” reveals the unhealthy phenomenon of today's fan economy to some extent; both movie reviews and comments on the website have positive impacts on box office but the latter is even stronger. It is a current research hotspot. The difficulty of modeling lies in how to effectively coordinate the orderly relationship between individuals, resources, and tasks. This problem lies in state-owned enterprises. It is particularly prominent in innovative institutions. Game theory has outstanding advantages in the measurement and construction of Nash equilibrium composed of complex systems. Therefore, this paper takes the coordination of state-owned enterprise innovation institutions as the fundamental task, and proposes a method of constructing a coordination mechanism based on game theory. Firstly, the state-owned enterprise innovation organization is abstracted into a complex network, and the elements and relationship between the elements in the organization are regarded as the nodes and edges of the network. Then the collaborative dilemma in the network of state-owned enterprise innovation organizations is analyzed, and the game model of individuals and the network as a whole is established. The game model is simulated and the principle of the coordination mechanism to solve the coordination dilemma is qualitatively analyzed. Finally a more effective resource allocation, utilization and integration are formed. The results showed that:The organizational structure of inertial technology innovation, technology innovation investment ability and productive capacity of innovation and enterprise internationalization performance is related, but output of technological innovation and technology innovation investment ability of enterprise internationalization role differences, technology innovation output capacity of organization inertia and enterprise internationalization performance inverted u-shaped regulation significantly. The investment capacity of technical innovation personnel completely mediates the relationship between the investment capacity of technological innovation capital and the internationalization of enterprises.
