Abstract

Purpose: It is to investigate the occupational mental health and quality of life of teachers in Shaoguan primary and secondary schools, analyze the factors that affect the occupational mental health and quality of life of primary and secondary school teachers, and explore the relationship between them. 运用SPSS 24.0对教师职业心理健康与生活质量关系的研究——以韶关市中小学青年教师为例
目的:对韶关中小学教师职业心理健康与生活质量进行调查,分析影响中小学教师职业心理健康与生活质量的因素,并探讨两者之间的关系。方法:采用普通健康问卷(GHQ-12)和中文版生活质量量表(SF -36)作为调查工具,对206名中小学青年教师进行调查,采用SPSS 24.0软件对调查数据进行分析。结果表明:(1)韶关中小学青年教师的职业心理健康处于中上水平,职业心理健康受教学对象、学历、岗位的影响显著。(2)韶关中小学青年教师的整体生活质量处于中等偏上水平,生活质量受教学对象、学历、岗位的影响显著。(3)韶关中小学青年教师职业心理健康与生活质量呈显著负相关。教师职业心理健康状况是教师生活质量的有效预测指标。
