An Empirical Study on the Impact of Resource Integration Capability on Value-Added of Service-Oriented Manufacturing Enterprises: — Based on Reliability and Validity Analysis

Abstract

This paper took 340 manufacturing enterprises in China as samples, tested the relationship among resource integration capability, service-oriented manufacturing and value-added of enterprise through questionnaires. The paper verificated hypothesis and analyzed results by using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 24.0 to analyze reliability and validity. The results show that: resource integration capability is correlated with value-added of manufacturing enterprises and service-oriented manufacturing positively. Service-oriented manufacturing is also correlated with value-added of manufacturing enterprises positively. Service-oriented manufacturing plays an mediatorial role between the capability of resource integration and the value-added of manufacturing enterprises.
