Based on this, this paper selects the manufacturing industry which has an important supporting position in the national development as the research object, and uses smote algorithm to over sample the data to solve the problem of data imbalance. Then, by comparing and analyzing the prediction results of different machine learning models, XGBoost, Bagging, KNN and Random Forest are selected as the base models to construct the ensemble learning model. The research indicates that the prediction accuracy of the ensemble learning model is as high as 98.08%, and is better than that of the single model. Pan, Xuewei Tian","doi":"10.1109/ICMSSE53595.2021.00053","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ICMSSE53595.2021.00053","url":null,"abstract":"Given the context of Integration of Jing-Jin-Ji, the paper tries to introduce the theory of Institutional Collective Action (ICA) to empirically analyze the collaborative status among local governments based on 215 items of collected agreements (2013–2019) by the means of Social Network Analysis(SNA), especially to outline the collaborative network visually and expose Network Density, Centrality and Cohesion Subgroup etc. It is proved that holistic collaborative effects have been brought out by the integration of Jing-jin-ji, but there are great collaborative divergences in distinctive fields, such as the collaborative performances of ecology & environment and industrial economy are better than that of emergency management and public services. The imbalanced developments between First Movers and Late Developers are estimated to restrict the optimal integration of Jing-Jin-Ji. Therefore, this paper takes 353 Chinese employees in communication engineering, construction, and other industries as the research objects and constructs a theoretical relationship model among leader humor, relationship energy, and employee voice behavior. In this study, the structural equation model is used for confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis testing in Mplus8.0 software. The bootstrap method is used to test the effectiveness of the mediating effect. The results show that relational energy plays a significant mediating role between leader humor and employee voice behavior. Based on China's income distribution time series data, this paper constructed three sets of multiple linear regression models with Gini index, rural-urban income ratio and Theil index as dependent variables and used stepwise regression method to analyze the status quo and influencing factors of the national income gap, the urban-rural income gap, and the eastern, central and western regional income gap. The research shows that unemployment rate and employment rate in primary and secondary industries are significant factors leading to residents' income gap.
