Abstract

From the generation, circulation, writing to filing, identification, utilization and destruction of electronic authorized steganographic seal, there are unsafe factors such as information out of control and information interference in every link. How to implement safe and effective management and control of the whole life cycle of electronic authorized steganographic seal brings new challenges to document management. Therefore, the application method of electronic authorized steganographic seal management and control platform based on invisible watermark is proposed. Through the use of electronic information centralized management and control platform, the problems of electronic authorized steganographic seal multi-point storage, version confusion, filing lag, output recycling management out of control are completely solved, and the accurate management of the whole life cycle of electronic authorized steganographic seal is realized.
基于不可见水印的电子授权隐写印章管控平台应用研究
电子授权隐写印章从生成、流通、书写到归档、鉴定、使用、销毁,每个环节都存在信息失控、信息干扰等不安全因素。如何对电子授权隐写印章的全生命周期实施安全有效的管理和控制,给文件管理带来了新的挑战。为此,提出了基于不可见水印的电子授权隐写印章管理控制平台的应用方法。通过利用电子信息集中管控平台,彻底解决了电子授权隐写印章多点存储、版本混乱、归档滞后、输出回收管理失控等问题,实现了电子授权隐写印章全生命周期的精准管理。
