In this study, the structural equation model is used for confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis testing in Mplus8.0 software. The bootstrap method is used to test the effectiveness of the mediating effect. The results show that relational energy plays a significant mediating role between leader humor and employee voice behavior. 摘要

幽默在领导管理中起着至关重要的作用,其对人际关系和组织公民行为的影响引起了工程技术企业的关注。因此,本文以我国通信工程、建筑等行业的353名员工为研究对象,构建了领导者幽默、关系能量与员工建言之间的理论关系模型。本研究采用结构方程模型在Mplus8.0软件中进行验证性因子分析和假设检验。采用自举法检验中介效应的有效性。结果表明,关系能量在领导幽默和员工建言之间起着显著的中介作用。本文的研究成果为现代工程企业从关系角度激励员工建言提供了理论支持和实践启示。
