Therefore, this paper takes 353 Chinese employees in communication engineering, construction, and other industries as the research objects and constructs a theoretical relationship model among leader humor, relationship energy, and employee voice behavior. In this study, the structural equation model is used for confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis testing in Mplus8.0 software. The bootstrap method is used to test the effectiveness of the mediating effect. The results show that relational energy plays a significant mediating role between leader humor and employee voice behavior.
