The memristor creation allows associative computing architecture hardware realized by synapse from nano-materials copying and the neuromorphic microchips and computing devices. As a result, programmable computers history completion and the intelligent associative machines creation is possible. This paper presents the results of electron transport temperature investigations, the influence of size effects and oxide phase composition on the switching and memory processes. The cut or welded strips with different thickness and width are coming over the inductors with different fluxes in the heating process. Different kinds of the numerical systems have been developed and investigated for description of the dynamic changing in electromagnetic and thermal environments with various geometrical parameters of the workpiece [1]. The radar antenna is designed as an 16-element phased antenna array. The signal reception and analog-to-digital conversion are performed by the 18-channel receiver unit. The main stages of signal processing are parallelized by the combined use of central processing units and graphics processing units. Adaptive LMS, NLMS and LSL filters are used for clutter cancellation. The target detection is accomplished with the aid of Constant False Alarm Rate algorithm. The results of detection of vehicles, helicopters and aircrafts are shown. Output images differ by resolution, signal-to-noise ratio and sensor pixels region. The method results in reduced frame readout time and increased signal-to-noise ratio in trade for spatial resolution. When used in low-light imaging conditions the output signal correction should be performed. The correction procedure based on CCD camera calibration is presented. Basic design and technical and operational parameters: voltage anodizing at potentiostatic mode - up to 300V, current anodizing about galvanostatic mode - up to 400 mA, the minimum temperature of -4 ° C, accuracy of temperature control -1 ° C. The samples of por-Al2O3 and por-Al were also obtained with a period of the cells in 12 mm and 120 nm respectively. GA can serve to find solution of optimization problem with the reasonable time and resources. GA is defined with parameters and selection criteria. The dispatcher receives the results of the optimization with using GA for the subsequent analysis and using in electric energy system. In recent years the mathematicians achieved the acceleration of algorithm work using interactive methods. The possibility of using interactive methods for the electric energy systems is the task of this work. In this paper, we study complication of GA, compare use of interactive methods and GA, analyze advantages and shortcomings of interactive methods.
