Produced simulation of the proposed logic cells DC-LUT for the realization of systems of logical functions in the system simulation of electronic circuits Ni Multisim. IMS is well integrated with existing voice and data networks, while adopting many of their key characteristics. SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) provides a pathway to build a single unified network, bridging the gap that previously existed between the once-separated Telecom and Internet networks. The Call Session Control Functions (CSCFs) servers are the key part of the IMS structure. They are the main components responsible for processing and routing signalling messages. For users and enterprise needs, network outages or significant degradations of the quality of service (QoS) become less and less tolerable. Our research works on improvement of the QoS in IMS networks. It is shown how a leak detector sensitivity can be improved by changing a pressure drop and a test gas. The choice of unbalanced input structure is explained due to CMOS balun characteristics. Phase and amplitude errors are compared, as well as input matching. The model is based on the corpuscular Monte Carlo method. Within the model, the study of the effect of the geometry of the structure on the light output of the LED light in the blue range was produced. Special attention is given to the influence of texturing interfaces on the process of the light output of the LED structures. On the basis of this analysis, was made specific recommendations for optimizing the blue light-emitting flip-chip structures based on solid solutions of gallium nitride. The theoretical basis of below considered approach is based on scanning of so called derivative spectra of currents and voltages. In this paper derivative spectrum is calculated using measurements data. The algorithm is implemented as a multithreaded application. Two approaches for job distribution between threads are compared - the text distribution and alphabet distribution.
