Basic assumptions and main equations of the model are presented, a computational domain is shown and boundary conditions are described. Results of calculation namely plasma temperature distributions in the discharge chamber at different times of discharge existence are shown. The accuracy of colposcopy is highly dependent on the physicians individual skills. In expert hands, colposcopy has been reported to have a high sensitivity (96%) and a low specificity (48%) when differentiating abnormal tissues. This leads to a significant interest to activities aimed at the new diagnostic systems and new automatic methods of coloposcopic images analysis development. The presented paper is devoted to developing method based on analyses fluorescents images obtained with different excitation wavelength. Our approach involves images acquisition, image processing, features extraction, selection of the most informative features and the most informative image types, classification and pathology map creation. The special preprocessing procedures: automatic regions of interest (ROI) segmentation and multispectral fluorescent images matching were realized for each image set. The classification strategy is RDF Random Decision Forest. The result of proposed method is pathology map creation - the image of cervix shattered on the areas with the definite diagnosis such as norm, CNI (chronic nonspecific inflammation), CIN(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia). The obtained result of experimental investigation on the border CNI/CIN: sensitivity - 0.85, the specificity -0.78. A proposed algorithm gives possibility to obtain correct differential pathology map with probability 0.8. Functionality of imitation model and its role in software development suite for new architecture software development is being described. We introduce the notion of the target modelling platform called GAROS IDE. The double PIFA-type antenna, containing low and high frequency branches is placed on the back cover of a handset. A varactor diode is used for antenna tuning. The varactor is connected to the middle of the low frequency antenna branch. Simulation by RFS computer code shows that antenna can be tuned to one of four LTE low frequency bands keeping tuning to the high frequency band by changing varactor bias from -1 to -8.5 V, which corresponds to changing varactor capacity from 5 to 1.35 pF. Antenna radiation efficiency varies from 25 to 52 % in low frequency bands and rises up to 70 % in high frequency band. The half-width was in a range of 15-40 nm depending on the Ag layer thickness varied from 15 to 150 nm. The proposed approach is based on the forming of four signals from the input unbalanced signal by an RC quadrature all-pass filter. These signals are subtracted to obtain a pair of orthogonal signals which are added on the load network of the Gilbert cells with weighted coefficients to form the differential phase shifted signal. The common-mode component of the phase shifted signal is suppressed by the following circuits. The resulting signal is transformed to the single-ended form and amplified. According the proposed architecture 6-bit vector-sum phase shifter has been designed and simulated in 0.18 um CMOS process. The RF part of the circuit consists of an RC quadrature all-pass filter, variable gain amplifiers, a common-mode rejection circuit, an active combiner and a power amplifier. The phase shifter operates in the 3.4-4.2 GHz range. Simulation results show a maximum gain of 3.7 dB with 0.4 dB variation, a maximum phase error and a root-mean-square phase error less than 1.5 degree and 0.7 degree respectively.
