Abstract
A brief description of the principles of functioning of the device creating high intensity acoustic fields in presented. The processes of forming the cavitation bubbles are explained, and also a reasons, why the cavitating liquid might be considered as a separate medium. The article contains the results of experimental researches about the energy dissipation in a complicated way. The researches about spectral characteristics were held, proving the existence of the new radiating medium.
