The model is based on the corpuscular Monte Carlo method. Within the model, the study of the effect of the geometry of the structure on the light output of the LED light in the blue range was produced. Special attention is given to the influence of texturing interfaces on the process of the light output of the LED structures. On the basis of this analysis, was made specific recommendations for optimizing the blue light-emitting flip-chip structures based on solid solutions of gallium nitride.
