本文以西北和中部两大综合电力系统间的截集为例,介绍了计算两大综合电力系统间截集所需输电容量合理值的一般方法。本文还给出了所考虑割集的实际潮流测量数据。比较了计算所需值的不同方法。提出了改进现有传输容量确定方法的可行方法。
