Abstract

The compact designed and automated laboratory set up allows to obtain porous anodic alumina and porous aluminum. Basic design and technical and operational parameters: voltage anodizing at potentiostatic mode - up to 300V, current anodizing about galvanostatic mode - up to 400 mA, the minimum temperature of -4 ° C, accuracy of temperature control -1 ° C. The samples of por-Al2O3 and por-Al were also obtained with a period of the cells in 12 mm and 120 nm respectively.
