This problem is very complex, as a rule, it has an extremely large dimension and cannot be qualitatively solved without the use of special methods. And the effectiveness of the developed road work program directly depends on how well the corresponding development task was solved. In the process of finding an effective approach to solving this problem, the regularities of changing the magnitude of the components of its objective function were studied. The resulting cost classification (benefit & loss-classification) is focused on optimizing calculations related to solving the problem of developing a set of road objects. It reflects the peculiarities of the development task, takes into account the specifics of the corresponding extreme calculations and makes it easier to find the best solution. The article sets out a new approach to justifying investments in the development of the road network, based on this classification of costs. For the practical implementation of the proposed approach, a computational scheme of the branch and boundary method was used.","PeriodicalId":173682,"journal":{"name":"2022 Intelligent Technologies and Electronic Devices in Vehicle and Road Transport Complex (TIRVED)","volume":"04 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127433190","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the most important indicators of compliance with such requirements is to ensure road safety, a significant reduction in road accidents, especially with serious consequences. Also, a sufficiently important requirement to modern highways is convenience, sufficiency, unambiguity and speed of perception by the driver of all the elements of information about dangerous areas and changes in traffic regimes. A special role in ensuring these indicators is played by roadway elements, whose designs must meet such modern challenges of road infrastructure. Solving such problems in the design of road construction elements has become possible by using modern end-to-end digital technologies, such as information systems to support the life cycle of digital twins (digital models) of road elements, decision support systems, digital design systems using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. This article considers the development of the developed information system \"MODAS\" as a life cycle support system into a decision support system using methods and technologies of artificial intelligence. The article considers the development of an information resource by creating a data storage system for unstructured data of the design and technical documentation of the elements of road construction.","PeriodicalId":173682,"journal":{"name":"2022 Intelligent Technologies and Electronic Devices in Vehicle and Road Transport Complex (TIRVED)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127214096","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The volume of innovations in the IT field and the volume of innovative services for the transportation and goods storage have shown a significant growth in recent years. Moreover, it is higher than the average growth rate of the total volume of innovative products in all types of economic activity. When comparing statistical data on the costs of innovative activities and innovative products produced in various sectors of the economy for the period from 2018 to 2020, it was concluded that the volume of investments is not the only key factor of the company’s innovative development. The use of appropriate technologies and tools is also required for effective innovation management. The purpose of this study is to formulate main principles for integration of such technologies in logistics. Based on the need to utilize innovations immediately after installment, the implementation process must be managed by determining the order of them. Time is one of the most important indicators of effectiveness. A graph method was proposed and performance indicators were used in the study to determine the order of innovation implementation. The proposed principles of innovation integration are placed in order from necessary to mandatory.","PeriodicalId":173682,"journal":{"name":"2022 Intelligent Technologies and Electronic Devices in Vehicle and Road Transport Complex (TIRVED)","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124044314","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A robotic passenger vehicle means that the driver remains at his workplace. However, the machine takes away the steering function from the driver during the movement on each stage of the route, performing all the necessary maneuvers. The article gives a classification and description of the maneuvers that may occur during the movement on the route. The issues of constructing a spatial digital model of the route, containing, in addition to spatial data, parameters that ensure consistent with the nature of the route and safe movement of an urban passenger transport vehicle with a robotic traffic control system are considered. The actions of a human driver and robotic control system when performing a maneuver are compared using the example of passing a turn. The actions of a human and a robot are compared when performing analogous actions and the influence of the kinematic characteristics of the drive on the accuracy of performing control actions during maneuvering is considered.","PeriodicalId":173682,"journal":{"name":"2022 Intelligent Technologies and Electronic Devices in Vehicle and Road Transport Complex (TIRVED)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114374704","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Directional links with narrow antenna half-power beamwidth (HPBW) and massive multiple-input multiple-output (mMIMO) processing systems allows to increase transmitter and receiver gains and thus facilitates to overcome high path loss in mmWave. Well known problem of pencil beamforming is in construction of precoding vectors at the transmitter and combining vectors at the receiver during directional link establishing and maintaining. It is complicated by huge array size and cumbersome channel state information (CSI) exchange, which is especially time consuming for vehicles. Knowledge of transmitter and receiver location could significantly alleviate directional link establishment. Purpose of this research is positioning requirement development for vehicles with LAB. Approach used is survey of current state-of-the art in the field of LAB and analytical modeling. Findings of research include channel coherence time interdependence on the vehicle speed, beamwidth, pointing error and positioning service level. Practical implications of results are in justification of vehicle positioning requirements for LAB in a separate link.","PeriodicalId":173682,"journal":{"name":"2022 Intelligent Technologies and Electronic Devices in Vehicle and Road Transport Complex (TIRVED)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133656468","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The battery cost remains at the level of 60% of the total EV cost. This fact causes the importance of studying the factors that affect the battery operational indicators, especially on the battery life cycle. The article reviews the number of studies establishing the influence of temperature on the capacity and life cycle of lithiumion accumulator storage batteries. The article also reviews various battery temperature control systems with the analysis of their advantages and disadvantages. Taking into account the above mentioned analysis, a two-circuit schema of the thermostating system is proposed for lithium-titanate batteries, used on electric buses. A mathematical model has been developed that takes into account an electric current flow in connecting electric busbars and heat distribution in the battery thermostating system. A numerical experiment has been carried out, the results of which allow us to draw a conclusion that proposed battery thermostating system ensures battery operation in the optimal temperature range.","PeriodicalId":173682,"journal":{"name":"2022 Intelligent Technologies and Electronic Devices in Vehicle and Road Transport Complex (TIRVED)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123660227","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
