Improving the Efficiency of Electric Buses in a City Transport Company
The article presents the current situation with autonomous passenger electric transport. This situation with the electric city bus fleet is considered including such parameters as the number of electric buses and their routes, as well as their development prospects in the future. Some issues and necessities for rationing electricity are described. Accumulate number is given for the actual electricity consumption of electric buses on urban linear routes of the city, obtained after downloading data from the on-board charging infrastructure of the electric bus. Moreover, possible prospects for further scientific activity (development and implementation of methods, regulations and recommendations), which will create prerequisites for further regulation of the operation of power-generating equipment of various brands and modifications of electric buses, taking into account the complexity of routes, temperature fluctuation and other factors influencing operation, are considered. The current situation with the operation of electric bus batteries is given and described, the main attention is paid to traction batteries, specifically, operating modes. Further prospects for the development of a regulation that will describe the operational conditions of batteries depending on environmental factors such as passenger traffic flow, ambient air temperature.
