The purpose of the article is to show the effectiveness of using this neural network to solve this problem, as well as to compare the quality of image segmentation for this problem. The leading research method is the empirical method, which allows you to compare the results of different algorithms. In this work, it was shown that the difference in the efficiency of using Unet with attention gates without them is different. Today, various methods of machine learning are increasingly being used to find solutions to a variety of problems. One of such important problems is the analysis of images and finding certain signs on them. For this article, the actual problem is the segmentation of pavement defects, which include various types of pavement cracks. Study of the effectiveness of neural network technologies for road surface image segmentation. The paper explores several types of neural networks aimed at image segmentation. In other works, this type of neural networks has shown its high efficiency for solving the tasks. This method will allow evaluating the applicability of neural network data for solving the problem, as well as comparing the effectiveness of these methods for test images of the roadway. It will also allow you to outline the direction of further work to improve neural networks. In this paper, the quantitative result of the work of neural networks on domain-specific data is obtained, as well as conclusions are drawn on the use of a neural network in this area. The direction of perspective research contributing to the further development of cargo transportation in the country has been determined. The statistics of cargo transportation volume growth are analyzed. A comprehensive study of the parameters of the efficiency of the transport and logistics systems (TLS) was carried out. Criteria for maximizing cargo transportation processes are considered. The formulation and solution of the problem of optimization of control systems has been carried out. The application of the zoning method based on the principle of dominance of various possible options with the subsequent choice of the optimal one, which allows to exclude unfavorable decision-making algorithms, is revealed and justified to achieve the goal of optimization. A risk matrix has been identified, the elements of which show what loss a company or a legal entity may incur during transportation by using logistics services. The definition of the word \"algorithm\" is revealed, as well as its main properties and the degree of influence on the dynamically changing control system of the TLS are revealed. The efficiency criteria influencing the choice of the optimal algorithm for solving the problem are determined, namely: the Wald criterion, the Laplace Criterion, the Savage Criterion, the Guvvitz Criterion. The properties characteristic of each of the criteria are also determined. Evaluation was done accordance the test method was developed before. The test method main purposes are creation of mix mud plus snow (M+S) layer on radar working surface; finding max layer thickness when ACC stop to operate correctly; layer thickness increasing speed calculation. The test was done on toll Moscow – Sankt-Petersburg road during winter. It was comparison test. Vehicles as with upper radar location (on radiator grill) and vehicles with lower radar location (on the bottom part of front bumper) as well were chosen. Upper location: Volkswagen Tiguan and Nissan X-Trail; lower location: BMW X; KIA Seltos and Nissan Pathfinder. During the test the scene when radar was \"blind\" and ACC worked incorrectly were achieved many times. Mud+Snow (M+S) layer thickness were measured on such scenes. Layer thinness increasing speeds were calculated. The main conclusions are: lower radars are covered my M+S quicker than upper radars; usually lower radar layer thickness is bigger; thickness increasing speed in not constant and it depends from many external factors; heavier parts usually cover lower zones of test vehicle; additional radar surface heater reduces layer thickness significantly. After radar have been \"blind\" two possible ACC operation variants were studied. However, security of the majority of the asymmetric cryptographic techniques currently in use, including those used to confirm the validity of electronic documents, will be compromised due to the forthcoming development of quantum computers. The concept of a quantum computer is no longer just a theory. The race for supremacy in quantum technology is on among countries since it is the most drastic technology in the world. On a large enough quantum computer, an attacker can easily generate fake digital signatures by applying Shor’s algorithm. Digital communications and electronic transactions could be devoid of the guarantee of authenticity and non-repudiation if this vulnerability is not addressed. Post-quantum cryptography strives to provide useful techniques that are resistant to attacks utilizing quantum computers in order to address the threat to existing asymmetric cryptography. In this research, we examine the current post-quantum digital signature algorithms used to confirm the validity of an electronic document in addition to comprehending the utilization of digital signing. A potential way to solve this problem can be the use of active elements switching operating modes and synthetic methods of amplification in transmitters. This article has formulated the theoretical foundations necessary for teaching the causes of nonlinear distortions in modern high-efficiency transmitters. The reasons for the invention envelope elimination and restoration (EER) principle of operation - as separate amplification of modulated RF signals components are discussed. General requirements for OFDM transmitters - using the example of requirements for DRM transmitters are analyzed. How high power, high efficiency broadcast transmitters are built for the HF, LF and MF bands is discussed. The role of state support should be focused on the development of this segment due to the fact that battery systems account for up to half of the cost of electric vehicles. Ensuring the efficiency of the technical operation of electric transport is directly related to the solution of a set of tasks, which include the task of minimizing the influence of various operational factors on the battery life. When analyzing short signal sequences, the FFT often cannot provide the necessary resolution and accuracy in the formation of estimates of the amplitude and phase of the coefficients. The discrete cosine transform (DCT) is known and widely used, the coefficients of which are placed twice as often on the frequency scale. The disadvantage of DCT is the dependence of the estimate on the initial phase position of the signal; nevertheless, DCT is widely used to eliminate the statistical redundancy of signals. The parameters of the powertrain affect the characteristics of vehicles significantly. The main purpose of this paper is to find the correlation between the documentation data and the experimental data. The traction electric drive of light electric vehicles is used an object of research. In order to carry out acceptance control of the traction electric drive, experimental studies of the main technical characteristics of this system are prepared. A complex test bench for this purposes is created, and a program with methodology for testing has been developed.
