The use of appropriate technologies and tools is also required for effective innovation management. The purpose of this study is to formulate main principles for integration of such technologies in logistics. Based on the need to utilize innovations immediately after installment, the implementation process must be managed by determining the order of them. Time is one of the most important indicators of effectiveness. A graph method was proposed and performance indicators were used in the study to determine the order of innovation implementation. Abstract
