The main factors for reducing specific (per unit of transport work) greenhouse gases (GHG) emissions by traffic flows when considering different sections of the road network, provided that the composition of the traffic flow by type of vehicle, type of fuel (energy) used and environmental class of the vehicle, passenger capacity and carrying capacity of specific vehicles does not change, is the length of the road network section, the number of traffic lanes, the average speed and traffic intensity, which are affected by the presence of public transport routes on them, traffic light regulation. Reduction of specific greenhouse gases (GHG) emissions by traffic flows on sections of the road network in the foreseeable future will be achieved by increasing the share of electric vehicles powered by traction batteries and fuel cells powered by hydrogen in the vehicle traffic flow. It is expected that in the composition of traffic flows on the road network in 2054 there will be 20% of such vehicles in the composition of cars, trucks - about 10% and buses - 30%.","PeriodicalId":173682,"journal":{"name":"2022 Intelligent Technologies and Electronic Devices in Vehicle and Road Transport Complex (TIRVED)","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115728776","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, this process is often accompanied by the installation of expensive equipment on a controlled section of road, which includes multi-stream video cameras, laser radars, etc. However, such equipment does not make it possible to implement the full scope of road control, namely, to detect and track the simultaneous determination of the position of several vehicles and their speeds. The problem of installing such equipment on dangerous sections of the road is complicated by its high cost, which is not always economically justified. This article proposes a solution to the identified problem of controlling the road traffic situation by introducing an information and communication system for automatic determining the location of vehicles on a controlled section of the road, with the help of registration means used to fix road violations. The paper also provides the principle of the system’s functioning, its composition and the structural and functional scheme. For this purpose, experimental samples of the required type and quantity were made on a 3D printer and tested after two types of post-processing under normal temperature conditions. The next stage of research work is the evaluation of the influence of parts post-processing types manufactured using additive technologies on their physical and mechanical properties at negative temperatures. To determine the change in the quantitative characteristics of the studied samples at a temperature of -50 C° in terms of hardness, mass and geometric parameters, all the necessary regulatory documentation was selected and a LOIPFT-311-80 cryostat was used. A further direction of the ongoing multi-stage study is the research of the ultimate loads that allow the operation of the developed and manufactured single-stage gearbox. The details of which have a complex internal structure based on the conditions of their manufacture on a 3D printer. The results of the studies are presented in the proposed work.","PeriodicalId":173682,"journal":{"name":"2022 Intelligent Technologies and Electronic Devices in Vehicle and Road Transport Complex (TIRVED)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134561379","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its application on tractors has a number of limitations in terms of energy saturation, functionality and control system. Features of hybrid power units and automated electric drivetrain made it possible to form general requirements for the tractor. Given the available shortage of tractors of small and medium traction classes in fleet of vehicles, the concept of a hybrid electromechanical drive is proposed, focused specifically on these tractors. A component base for the implementation of a hybrid electromechanical drivetrain is proposed. It is concluded that for the agricultural engineering industry, the creation of a self-propelled tractor with an electromechanical transmission is the most important technological step towards the creation of a fully unmanned vehicle.","PeriodicalId":173682,"journal":{"name":"2022 Intelligent Technologies and Electronic Devices in Vehicle and Road Transport Complex (TIRVED)","volume":"72 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127267756","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The latter allow use of individually adjustable maintenance systems for equipment that determine maintenance intervals depending on actual load on equipment and its operating conditions. From point of view of work practice, there is currently insufficient information on the final results of these systems operation, depending on changes in operating conditions and modes of equipment use. An increase in the fuel pressure level in them up to 250 MPa enhances the wave phenomena that occur in a pipe of common rail system. The result of the described processes is a decrease in the accuracy of control of the injection characteristic and cyclic supply. A device is proposed that includes a hydraulic valve with an electric drive (electromagnetic or piezoelectric) to compensate the wave phenomena and control them in the common rail system. The valve is installed in the fuel accumulator of common rail system and separates its volume from the low-pressure line. The actuation of the valve creates a pressure pulse in the pipeline. The characteristics of the impulse depend on the flow area of the jet, the frequency of operation, the design of the valve and its electric drive. The design of the obturator part of the valve determines the amount of unloading of the high-pressure line. The movement is managed by controlling the electrical signal sent to the electro-hydraulic valve, and thereby, the characteristics of the pressure pulsations created with it. This character of pulsations is selected for damping (weakening) ones in the high-pressure line of the common rail system caused by the operation of its injectors. It is made to improve the uniformity of fuel supply across the cylinders, as well as to give them the required parameters to control the shape of the injection characteristic.","PeriodicalId":173682,"journal":{"name":"2022 Intelligent Technologies and Electronic Devices in Vehicle and Road Transport Complex (TIRVED)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128662112","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The authors paid special attention to a number of issues related to ensuring a high level of adequacy of synthesized mathematical models of the functioning of adaptive control systems for such a class of objects and their dynamic accuracy. The authors managed to achieve the corresponding results due to the synthesis and justification of a specific algorithm for converting a mathematical model of a non-stationary control object aimed at minimizing the dimension of a set of parametric disturbances. Equally important is ensuring the ability to coordinate certain actions and successfully predict the situation with the implementation of successful management in the short and long term.","PeriodicalId":173682,"journal":{"name":"2022 Intelligent Technologies and Electronic Devices in Vehicle and Road Transport Complex (TIRVED)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124407039","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
