When a vehicle hits, its kinetic energy is converted into the internal energy of deformation of the elements of the construction. One of the factors affecting energy absorption is the mechanical properties of the material from which the structure is made and impact velocity. Basically, TMAs and crash cushions are made of steel or aluminum alloys, the properties of which differ. The capabilities of data mining, which allows making informed decisions on the repair or replacement of blocks and assessing the dynamics of changes in their condition in the future, due to the identification of hidden patterns, were evaluated. The authors classified the detected defects into four categories. Using a multiple linear regression model, an analysis of the reasons for assigning defects to a particular group was performed. The results of factor analysis, which allows evaluating the relationship between the number of defects of each type, are presented. It is concluded that it is possible to selectively diagnose some sections and calculate the remaining sections of the barrier fence by multiple regression. The developed algorithm based on a random optimization method makes it possible to determine the required numbers of access points and their location to provide communication for a given number of mobile subscribers in the service area. But we all have to travel somewhere, go to work or for groceries. The article explores the problems of mobility of visually impaired and hearing-impaired people. The authors reviewed the world experience in the development and use of intelligent transport systems. Identified problems that arise when moving around the area in people with hearing and vision impairments. This problem is solved through public transport navigation applications. A common drawback is the lack of a voice assistant or its interference when used. The article also presents the results of testing the application among visually impaired and blind people. We propose to use the construct of continuous Markov processes and describe an approach to determining the probabilities of transition from state to state using the Fokker-Planck-Kolmogorov equation. The resulting stationary transition probabilities of a continuous Markov process are the initial values for determining the optimal option of consumer order distribution over the ACP (asphalt-concrete plants), that is, for determining the optimal control variables. A piecewise continuous approximation of the initial function of change in the total intensity of incoming orders was carried out and it was proposed to use stationary values of the intensities of incoming orders at each time interval. The probability of failure to serve an order due to congestion at the ACP has been determined. In engineering activities, the digital filler of each engineering system becomes dominant. This also applies to management in the transport complex. Therefore, management practices for the introduction of advanced production processes will, of necessity, be further associated with mechanisms for changing approaches towards combining engineering activities with digital support. An analysis of the practice of managing the implementation of advanced production processes in an objective sense was made based on official statistics, and a subjective opinion was presented on the basis of an expert survey \" Innovative activity of the technical intelligentsia \", conducted by the authors of the article in 2019 (N=51). The authors of the article associate management trends for the successful implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies with graduates of technical universities, since they are much better adapted to digital devices. However, for pulling the ropes and installing the columns of the road barrier, human labor is used and the process is not automated. To automate the process, a complex has been developed for installing a cable fence on public roads. In this article, the authors consider a unique developed design of a trailer with equipment for guiding and holding cables, as well as equipment for feeding posts. The authors give a method for calculating the angle of descent of the columns, as well as an assessment of performance when comparing the operation of the developed equipment and the traditional installation method. To ensure the operation of the machine and automate the control of the working process parameters, it is proposed to use a set of software and hardware tools for automatic control of the TKO-1 parameters. As methods for estimating the parameters of the developed structure, the finite element method is used. As methods for estimating the parameters of the developed structure, the finite element method is used. To optimize the proposed holding and guiding equipment, the specific gravity control method is used. As a result, an algorithm was developed and presented in this paper.
