The authors of the article associate management trends for the successful implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies with graduates of technical universities, since they are much better adapted to digital devices. Abstract

The issues of introducing advanced production technologies are currently becoming extremely acute. To this kind of technologies, authors include technologies controlled by a computer and based on microelectronics, microelectronics. In engineering activities, the digital filler of each engineering system becomes dominant. This also applies to management in the transport complex.
