The main characteristics that the installation of the blade and the main characteristics of the support roller with a trunnion should provide are described. An equivalent design scheme for loading the blade during operation is presented, as well as information about the loads, material characteristics, parameters and results of splitting, inertial characteristics of the model, loads on the blade, material characteristics, parameters and results of splitting. The calculations of the blade installation for strength, stress, total linear displacement and safety factor were made. The article presents the development of a blade for an airfield sweeper-brush machine.
