For this purpose, experimental samples of the required type and quantity were made on a 3D printer and tested after two types of post-processing under normal temperature conditions. The next stage of research work is the evaluation of the influence of parts post-processing types manufactured using additive technologies on their physical and mechanical properties at negative temperatures. To determine the change in the quantitative characteristics of the studied samples at a temperature of -50 C° in terms of hardness, mass and geometric parameters, all the necessary regulatory documentation was selected and a LOIPFT-311-80 cryostat was used. A further direction of the ongoing multi-stage study is the research of the ultimate loads that allow the operation of the developed and manufactured single-stage gearbox. The details of which have a complex internal structure based on the conditions of their manufacture on a 3D printer.
