However, during video data capturing, there are a lot of crucial factors, such as the angle and video scale of camera, road illumination level, weather conditions and etc., that directly affect the detection accuracy. All of this requires the development of software with flexible settings allowing to achieve maximum accuracy for each specific case. The paper presents a description of the system for assessing the intensity, density and velocity of traffic flows based on the technology of virtual detectors - \"ViDeS\". The results of the system operation based on an array of video data collected from the higher mathematics department camera are presented. The system setup options and their influence on the detection accuracy depending on the time of day are described. When considering the entire decision-making process under conditions of uncertainty of information, a model of decision-making process in the production of asphalt concrete mixtures is proposed. The universal scheme of the decision-making process in a fuzzy statement and the criterion of optimality of a fuzzy decision are given. It is shown that the uncertainty of quantitative characteristics of obtained admissible variants of solutions is composed of probabilistic uncertainty and possible uncertainty, for the estimation of which entropy is used. The process of automated decision-making is formalized and an original algorithm that allows evaluating the totality of options. Examples of reporting forms are provided. A brief description of various methods of statistical analysis is given, using which the results of longitudinal roughness, transverse roughness, and crack density measurements for each of the 5 traffic lanes located on the Moscow Ring Road were processed. The results of the statistical analysis of all measured indicators are presented. The results of expert evaluation on a scale: the value of the indicator 0 − 20%, 4 − 20-40%, 3 − 40−60%, 2 − 60-80%, 1 − 80-100% The authors analyzed the dynamics of changes in the leveling indices in the time interval from May to September. The organization of traffic in difficult conditions is key for the transport systems of the regions of the Arctic zone. The solution of tasks within this organization is associated with the processing of uncertainty at different levels of the transport system management process. The article discusses various types of uncertainty, the manifestation of which can be expected in the dynamic process of management. Using the example of the organization of interaction of smart controllers in an electronic hitch, the authors substantiate the use of technological means of implementing the computing base of intelligent (smart) vehicle controllers that provide efficient processing of big data in in-real-time mode, the stability of the Intelligent electronic hitch system to changes in the topology of the connection of controllers based on heterogeneous components of computing means. The solution is achieved due to various factors, the most important of which is the development of road transport infrastructure, the use of modern designs of road facilities and, first of all, road barriers, the purpose of which is to prevent road accidents and reduce the number and severity of injuries of injured participants in an accident. The design of modern road barrier structures requires the use of innovative digital design and analysis methods, as well as artificial intelligence methods for decision making at all stages of the life cycle of these products. The article discusses the use of computer vision and machine learning methods for the refined determination of the values of dynamic and residual deflection of the road barrier based on the results of video and photography of the field test process, which are carried out by driving a vehicle onto the tested road barrier. The obtained refined parameters will improve the quality of validation for subsequent virtual tests that are carried out for similar brands of modified fence designs, more accurately assess the effectiveness of various fence designs. Its effectiveness is analyzed in comparison with the collective dynamic routing method with and without using a robust method for estimating channel data rate on IEEE 802.11ax seamless network segment operating in the synchronous mode, as well as in comparison with static routing. The developed method provides a significant reduction in the valid routes set dimension and the possibility of implementing the collective dynamic routing method on existing equipment. Also it makes possible to obtain higher channel data rates over the network as a whole compared to static routing.
