The results of expert evaluation on a scale: the value of the indicator 0 − 20%, 4 − 20-40%, 3 − 40−60%, 2 − 60-80%, 1 − 80-100% The authors analyzed the dynamics of changes in the leveling indices in the time interval from May to September.
