This article describes not only the structure of the remote diagnostics system for the technical condition assessment, but also presents a few optimization measures taken to improve the reliability of assessing the technical condition of each object based on the totality of values of controlled parameters. It should be noted that the verification of the performance and reliability of the described forecasting technique was carried out experimentally. And, as a result, the developed system allows predicting the residual resource in real time. The necessity of applying the proposed recommendations for the implementation of the process of comparing technical, operational and economic indicators, taking into account the identified advantages and disadvantages of existing types of rolling stock currently used: with a hybrid trolleybus, is proved. A statistical study of the dynamics of environmentally friendly urban types of passenger transport was carried out: the operational length of trolleybus and tram tracks, the volume of passenger traffic on public transport of the Russian Federation, the Volga Federal District and its constituent regions. An analysis of the technological and socio-economic effects of the integrated use of Industry 4.0 technologies and the digitalization of the mining enterprises' main processes made it possible to establish that digital technologies increase the efficiency of deposits development, optimize technological and production chains, increase safety of mining operations, and simplify the processes of internal and external logistics. These trends (based on the rapid development of technical means of mechanization and automation of transport and logistics processes, the use of modern technical means of communication, automated methods for obtaining information about the location and condition of transport infrastructure facilities and mining equipment) made it possible to carry out a comprehensive logistical analysis of alternative options for transportation system. After studying the factors affecting environmental pollution when using PWCSs, the study concludes that it is necessary to equip PWCSs with a multi-stage filter cleaning system to prevent air pollution by emissions. Existing problems with the transportation of waste from residential buildings force management companies to close waste chutes, as harmful gases that are dangerous to human health arise. The sealing of the pipeline system makes it possible to exclude the ingress of gases from the decomposition of waste into residential premises. Installation of pneumatic transport systems in residential buildings for waste disposal will allow waste to be transported long distances from residential buildings, which will save money on waste collection and transportation. Application placement to improve the QoE of various end-users is becoming one of the major challenges in the fog environment. In this paper, the multi-criteria application placement model for the fog computing environment is proposed. It takes into account such criteria as delay and cost with respect to resource constraints. The author of the article proposes to use the method of iterative forecasting developed by him as a new type of on-board diagnostics. The existing methods for evaluating the above-mentioned indicators are considered. The forecasting is based on the calculation of the residual total number of design load applications and the total number of automobile passes in the traffic lane, for which the forecasting is carried out. The article shows the possibility to determine the indexes of longitudinal and transversal flatness as well as residual life of the pavement structure at the present time by the data acquired by the video monitoring cameras. Video surveillance cameras record the dimensions of vehicles and organize the data on the structure and intensity of traffic.
