Immersive in English means “immersion”. In the context of pedagogical science, it is a method of teaching with elements of relaxation, play, and immersion in an artificially modeled reality. Several concepts of immersive technologies are defined: virtual reality (VR); augmented reality (AR); mixed reality (MR); holography, TelePresence; digital twin; FPV drone flight, etc. The author has revealed the meaning of the immersive approach in education, which we interpret as a set of methods and means of organizing productive interaction of participants in the educational process in a virtual (immersive) educational environment that provides interactive learning, comprehensive and targeted professional development. An immersive learning environment is understood as a dynamic process of influencing the user by various elements of the simulated external/internal environment. The author substantiates immersive in literature, painting, and theater. Thus, immersive is primarily associated with the object-spatial modeled environment, which is designed to draw the viewer inside. The article pays special attention to the creation of an immersive learning environment, which has certain characteristic features, namely: redundancy, saturation, constructiveness; observation, autonomy; integrity; motivational; interactivity. The advantages of the immersive environment are identified: the ability to visualize complex processes and phenomena; minimization of extraneous factors; high degree of personalization of the learning process; stimulation of the accumulation of experience of independent cognitive activity, development of activity in educational activities; prompt and visual display of the results obtained; facilitation of communication between participants in the educational process, etc.","PeriodicalId":496618,"journal":{"name":"Novìj kolegìum","volume":"363 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135778254","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This topic is valuable for the development of programs for expanding connections with the world in the process of communication and other ways of communication in specific historical realities, social falsification of participants in the educational process.
 The research was conducted according to an individual approach. The authors focused attention on the processes of interaction, when the scientist's scientific conclusions were formed as a result of deep spiritual connections with others, an active attitude to the world. The article states that the author's personal hobbies are organically interpreted in the theory of orthobiosis developed by the scientist. In the theory of orthobiosis, the change of nodal positions of the scientist is systematically followed depending on the conditions of human formation in different age periods, taking into account the peculiarities of the components of the psyche, psychophysiological development in a certain age period.
 The authors emphasized that Ilya Mechnikov understood orthobiosis as follows: the order and order of life, which is based on the science of hygiene. This order provides a person with a long, active, pain-free life. In this way, a person can not only establish the rules of social and psychological existence, but also systematically develop and manifest his natural strengths, abilities, and talents. Such a life gives a feeling of saturation, ends with a natural death that does not cause fear. A component of orthobiosis is a reasonable, prudent attitude of the individual to the issue of procreation, conscious parenthood. In this, the authors see the relevance of studying the field of conscious social in the individual through the analysis of personal structures, the ability to be active in the spiritual sphere.
 The article states that I. Mechnikov considered in detail the problem of forming the moral behavior of an individual. In the context of orthobiosis, morality should be reinforced through mastery of encyclopedic knowledge, deep education, conscious activity of social life, critical thinking in the perception of scientific truths.","PeriodicalId":496618,"journal":{"name":"Novìj kolegìum","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135777928","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this research is to find out whether Hryhorii Skovoroda’s name is well-known to the readers and scholars in the USA, Canada, and the UK, and how his ideas and works were popularized in the English-speaking world. The present study shows that the research into Skovoroda’s philosophy and literary works in English-speaking countries began in the second half of the 20th century, primarily in the United States and Canada, as evidenced by the studies of Karen L. Black, Richard Hantula, Taras Zakydalskyi, George Kline, Natalia Pylypiuk, Stephen Scherer and others.
 In 1994 “An Anthology of Critical Articles” dealing with various aspects of H. Skovoroda’s work was published by Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies. This volume is a collection of symposium papers that focus on the unique figure of the Ukrainian writer from different perspectives: historical, social, literary, theological, philosophical, pedagogical, and linguistic. The book of papers also includes a vast bibliography of Skovoroda studies compiled by R. Hantula.
 In 1997 a special issue of the “Journal of Ukrainian Studies” was devoted to Hryhorii Skovoroda’s creative work, its sources, basic ideas, and the influence on further development of Slavic philosophy and literature.
 Translations of the philosopher’s texts into English, which also began to appear in the 1960–1970s, are an important factor contributing to the growing interest in H. Skovoroda’s work and the significant expansion of the circle of its researchers. To date, the writer's fables, some of his philosophical treatises, letters, as well as poetic works were translated. A breakthrough in the popularization of Skovoroda’s name in the English-speaking world is the translation of his collection of verses “The Garden of Divine Songs” and collected poetry (translated by Michael M. Naydan) as well as his complete correspondence (translated by Eleonora Adams and Michael M. Naydan), which were published in London in 2016.
 The overview of English-language studies and translations of Hryhorii Skovoroda’s works proves that Western scholars made a valuable contribution to the research on the philosopher’s legacy as well as popularization of his works by translating them into English.","PeriodicalId":496618,"journal":{"name":"Novìj kolegìum","volume":"117 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135778253","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is noted that the educational direction \"Child in the sensory-cognitive space\" orients teachers to form sensory-cognitive, logical-mathematical and research competences in children, which should be considered as one holistic integrated competence.
 A significant contribution of outstanding teachers of previous years to the problems of sensory-cognitive space of preschool children has been highlighted and characterized. Based on the analysis of modern psychological and pedagogical sources and scientific articles of specialists on this topic, the importance of sensory development for a preschool child is analyzed, the gradual sensory development of an early childhood child is indicated, and important aspects of subject and cognitive activity are emphasized.
 It is proved that the main goal is to teach the child: to perceive and distinguish the shape, size, color of the object through visual, touch and motor examination; to form an idea of the different properties of objects, comparing them with each other; encourage tasks with adults; to practice in establishing similarities and differences between objects; familiarize with geometric shapes: circle, square, triangle, ball; learn to recognize familiar geometric shapes in an environmental object; familiarize with the size and properties of objects; familiarize with colors, form the ability to recognize familiar colors in the environment, find pairs of objects of the same colors, group objects by color; to form the ability to distinguish objects with the help of tactile sensations; develop olfactory and taste sensations; develop auditory sensations, teach to distinguish between quiet and loud speech, music, birdsong, animal sounds, etc.","PeriodicalId":496618,"journal":{"name":"Novìj kolegìum","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135778188","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The differences between the Ukrainian and European education systems are considered. The ways of involving European and other Western forms and methods of education and personality education in Ukrainian schools are determined. These forms and methods have a creative basis. They are activating the thoughts, feelings and imagination of personality. Western pedagogy is distinguished by its democracy and humanism. This pedagogy are educating a free, comprehensively developed, creative, competitive personality. Thanks to the freedom the pupil and student have the opportunity to develop in accordance with their peculiarities and capabilities. Children may or may not prepare homework. The pupil himself decides whether he needs to do homework at home. The students independently determine the task and date for presentation this task. Because in Western education, in contrast to our education, there is individual approach to personality. The Dalton-plan is playing an important role in determining the individual peculiarities of personality.
 European pedagogy is art. Art is facilitating the learning for pupils and students. Art is developing creative abilities of personality. Therefore teacher must be creative personality. Very important art method for learning is play. Thanks to play children are learning with great enthusiasm. Our education practically does not use play method of learning. But for a child the play is the main method of learning. By means play pupil develops his own physical and spiritual powers. The play contributes to the development of the child's social sense. The involvement of creative methods of learning will contribute to the humanization, democratization and European integration of Ukrainian education.","PeriodicalId":496618,"journal":{"name":"Novìj kolegìum","volume":"278 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135778250","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But there is a question about the history of this process. Because from school and university history courses, everyone knows the definition of the term \"cold war\", during which nothing of the kind happened. When did the changes begin for European countries, primarily Eastern Europe, which gravitated towards the so-called \"Soviet bloc\". And in general, why did Europe so persistently promote the ideas of educational European integration, the well-known Bologna system.
 The historiography of the problem has a rather long history and consists of numerous monographs, articles, dissertations, and collections. A notable part of modern publications is the work of domestic authors, including representatives of Kharkiv scientific schools. Among them are scientists of the Kharkiv Humanitarian University «People’s Ukrainian Academy\", who have been studying history and various aspects of the development of modern education for many years.","PeriodicalId":496618,"journal":{"name":"Novìj kolegìum","volume":"219 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135777927","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

First of all, it is about attempts to find out not only the influence of classical models of European universities on the national one, but also to find out the historical origins of the differences that exist between modern practices of university functioning.
 The well-known classical models of European universities were formed at the turn of the XIX – XX centuries and absorbed the peculiarities of political systems and socio-economic situation of European countries. Humboldt’s (German), responding to the needs of the state and society, was more focused on the development of science and practical training, while Napoleon’s (French) – on the specialists’ education, free choice of educational programs. Newman’s (English) model was focused on creating conditions for the formation of the student's personality, his/her comprehensive development.
 Of course, over time the models have been transformed, but retained their historical orientation and emphasis.
 The modern model of the national university has a fundamentally different history of formation, because it was born under a different scenario, and the basis for development was different from Western European schools.
 The Ukrainian model was developed much later and was able to absorb the best from its predecessors, especially from the Humboldt model. Over time, a kind of mix was formed, but the national model and approaches to the organization of university life were influenced by the peculiarities of the historical development of the country. Today everything is reflected in the practice of university functioning, approaches to teaching methods, teachers and students’ behavioral models, relations between them.","PeriodicalId":496618,"journal":{"name":"Novìj kolegìum","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135778187","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
